Job summary

Delaware Department of Finance seeks a Revenue Production Supervisor to lead the collections enforcement team in the Division of Revenue. You will assign work, guide staff on state law, handle judgments and garnishments, and address taxpayer concerns while supervising a 6–10 member team.

You will ensure accuracy, coordinate with staff, and implement policy changes. Strong knowledge of tax law and enforcement procedures is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Six months experience determining tax liability under Delaware or federal tax laws.
• Six months experience in staff training or leading others.
• Six months experience using automated information systems to enter/update data.
• Knowledge of supervising staff through lead workers or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, review, and evaluate subordinate staff work.
• Manage evaluation of image-based processing systems.
• Train staff on tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Supervise tax document examinations and resolve processing errors.
