Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control in Dover is seeking a financial clerk to prepare, review, and create all fiscal documents for the Division of Parks and Recreation. This position will prepare, review, and create all fiscal documents for the Division of Parks and Recreation, which includes payment vouchers, purchase orders, intergovernmental vouchers, cash receipts, and reconciliation of credit card transactions and encumbrances. Reconcile and update Excel spreadsheets. Verify documents, reports and records are accurate and ensure proper and accurate account reporting in accordance with state and federal regulation.

This is a Casual/Seasonal position which is a non-pension eligible position without healthcare and/or other benefits.
This position is eligible for Telework and Alternative Work Schedules according to the State of Delaware’s Alternative Work Arrangement Policy. More information will be shared at the time of interview.
