Job summary

WASH is seeking a Revenue Processing Associate to support the Revenue Processing Department and aid Client Support, Sales and Finance. You will audit and process collections, explain calculations, and generate reports in Excel to inform internal communications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing of payments, and collaboration across Lease Processing, Accounting, Customer Support, and Sales. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Microsoft Excel mandatory.
• Mathematical ability and order of operations for commissions.
• Proficient in Word and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit collections submitted to the commission systems.
• Check for discrepancies, including counter-reading audits and unusual drops or spikes.
• Review collection exceptions, including partial and balance collections.
• Process collections in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Manage tracking to ensure client accounts due to pay are paid timely.
• Create revenue and commission reports in Excel and prepare internal correspondence.
• Explain complex commission calculations to customers or other departments.
• Research records to resolve customer problems.
• Understand tax-related matters such as 1099/W-9; training provided.
• Provide quality internal customer service and support across departments.
