Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Revenue Process Improvement Coordinator to support revenue cycle performance and ensure execution of revenue-critical workflows. The role works with operations and serves as a tactical extension of Revenue Cycle Management functions, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm CST schedule.

Responsibilities include helping Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Scheduling teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements that reduce denials

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or clinical support.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion, or home health is preferred.
• Exposure to authorizations, clinical documentation, or billing workflows preferred.
• Process Improvement, audit, or QA experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on support to Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Scheduling teams on revenue-related processes.
• Reinforces documentation, authorization, charge capture, and handoff requirements.
• Serves as a day-to-day resource for revenue process questions.
• Monitors adherence to revenue-critical workflows.
• Identifies execution gaps, delays, or recurring errors.
• Gathers frontline feedback to refine workflows.
• Owns root-cause analysis of operationally driven denials and revenue leakage.
