• Design and redesign business processes, incorporate analytics tools, and develop training materials, gap analyses, and performance reports for clients.
• Communicate with engagement teams and clients, escalating issues as needed, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.
• Assess, validate, and benchmark operational performance using data-driven insights, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping, including AI tool utilization for revenue cycle assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or Data Warehousing.
• Proven experience implementing operational improvements across revenue cycle functions such as billing, collections, and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, healthcare industry practices, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
