Job summary

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort seeks a Revenue & Distribution Analyst to optimize pricing, inventory, and channel performance across direct, group, OTA, and travel advisor segments. You will forecast demand, manage rate plans, and support system implementations to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in hospitality revenue management, reservations, or distribution.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze booking pace, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue performance.
• Maintain Rentals in the Sandestin program and monitor market conditions.
• Manage rate plans: transient, negotiated, wholesale, group, and package.
• Oversee distribution channels and connectivity; audit rate integrity and inventory.
