UE Manufacturing is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to manage invoicing, billing cycles, and revenue recognition at 10000 NW 2nd, Oklahoma City, OK 73127. The role links Finance, Operations, Service, Project Management, and Sales to ensure timely invoices and improved cash flow.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in accounting or billing roles, ERP experience, and advanced Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

5+ years in accounting, billing, revenue analysis, accounts receivable, project accounting, or financial operations.
Experience supporting service, construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses preferred.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
Experience building dashboards and management reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

Billing & Revenue Management: Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices per contract terms and milestones.
Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor payments, maintain aging reports, and resolve disputes with customers and sales teams.
Work-In-Process (WIP) Management: Analyze open work orders to identify unbilled revenue opportunities and produce reports.
Financial reporting: Support revenue recognition and provide reporting to aid cash flow and operations decisions.
