Job summary

Obama Foundation in Chicago’s Jackson Park hosts an onsite Senior Associate of Contract Revenue role within the Obama Presidential Center. You will support the Earned Income team, ensuring contract compliance and revenue generation while coordinating across Food & Beverage and Retail operators.

The position requires working across multiple internal teams, managing projects in Asana, and optimizing parking revenue strategies to balance peak and off-peak periods for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment with a commitment to guest experience standards.
• Operational experience in a non-profit or customer-facing organization, focusing on revenue and engagement strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing effective systems to manage complex projects and deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong decision-making and discretion in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Graphic design skills and Adobe Suite experience with editing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work onsite at the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park or other Foundation locations.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with the Food & Beverage Operator and Retail Operator by streamlining internal processes.
• Collaborate across Foundation teams to market plans across revenue streams and operations.
• Manage review of Retail Operator contract compliance and brand alignment.
• Monitor vendor compliance regarding diversity, inclusivity, and diverse sales strategies.
• Oversee project management with Asana, tracking deadlines and vendor meetings.
• Maintain Earned Income assets and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide administrative support including agendas and recaps.
• Support Parking facility revenue strategies with Parking Vendor.
