For one of our clients, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, remotely from the United States.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. This strategic and hands-on role will require collaboration across various departments, including Product Management, Finance, and Sales, to ensure that the GTM processes support the business's growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and driving ongoing improvements in systems and processes. Your ability to lead, innovate, and maintain smooth operations will be key to supporting the company's long-term success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end RevOps initiatives, from identifying issues to implementing solutions and ensuring adoption.
  • Optimize and refine GTM processes to align with changing business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and product, to tailor GTM systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve any issues.
  • Champion best practices by creating training programs and documentation for stakeholders and end users.
  • Significant experience in a similar Revenue Operations or business transformation role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Operating Systems, and Office tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
