One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across revenue-generating teams by designing scalable processes, optimizing systems, and enabling data-informed strategies. As a strategic and hands-on partner, you’ll work cross-functionally to enhance sales, partner, and SDR operations. You'll leverage your expertise in tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms to deliver impactful improvements across forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about bringing clarity and structure to high-growth environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and continuously improve scalable revenue operations processes across Sales and Partner teams.
  • Oversee and maintain revenue systems such as Salesforce and partner engagement tools to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
  • Develop and track KPIs, building insightful dashboards and reports that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation, including process enhancements and technology rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align efforts and boost efficiency.
  • Support data governance initiatives to ensure consistency and reliability across the revenue organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Ops within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related GTM technologies (Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex operational challenges.
  • Experience managing partner operations, including onboarding and community portals (Salesforce Community Cloud a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage end-to-end strategic projects.
  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely.
