About The Team

At Canva, we’re empowering the world to design, and as we scale our Enterprise and B2B offerings, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every dollar flows smoothly.
We’re building a world-class quote-to-cash (QTC) experience—one that’s frictionless, scalable, and customer-focused. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, owning key Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and automation. You won’t just be processing transactions—you’ll be shaping how Canva grows its revenue operations to support millions of users worldwide.

About The Role

We have multiple opportunities within our Revenue Operations team across two key focus areas:

  • Order Management: You’ll be the primary contact for resolving issues related to billing and invoicing. This includes partnering with Sales, Legal, Tax, DealDesk, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing. You'll manage workflows for purchase orders, tax-exempt customers, customer portals, and more.
  • Collections & Cash Applications: This involves managing cash applications (with a focus on automation), processing refund requests and payment discrepancies, and executing accounts receivable write-offs. The goal is to ensure timely collections while minimizing manual effort.

In both areas, you'll:

  • Support the sales team, DealDesk, shared services group, and customers for Offline (Enterprise) Revenue, ensuring a best-in-class quote-to-cash process, all while providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage month-end close activities for Accounts Receivable with a focus on internal controls.
  • Support internal ticketing requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries from sales teams and other business partners.
  • Provide clear and effective responses to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Support new system design and implementation by providing requirements, completing testing, and resolving issues with the help of Engineering and Financial Systems teams.
  • Compile and analyze quote-to-cash data, producing regular reports, metrics, and insights for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the point person for projects and requests, facilitating requirements and coordinating with business partners and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Expertise in subscription billing processes, invoicing, and collections strategies in a public company environment. Internal control experience is a plus.
  • Experience in project management, system design, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the capacity to proactively identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and willing to delve deep into processes and systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

We value fairness and internal equity in our compensation. The target salary range for this position is $134,000 - $207,000, determined based on market data and your skills and experience.
