Job summary

Fortify Companies seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to unify CRM strategy, reporting, and inside sales across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will own commissions, ensure data quality, and deliver trusted dashboards for leadership.

You will collaborate with IT and Finance to standardize metrics, implement reporting, and support growth as the platform expands nationally.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in revenue operations, sales ops, or similar
• Hands-on CRM administration experience, HubSpot preferred
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills
• High attention to data accuracy and commissions calculations

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and providing required data cuts
• Build and maintain dashboards for activity, pipeline, and results
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure accurate data foundations
• Own commissions process and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee inside sales vendor and build future internal function
• Document Revenue Operations processes and onboard new team members
• Identify opportunities to use AI for reporting and data tasks
• Lead select process improvement projects
