Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own CRM strategy, forecasting, and inside sales across Insurcomm, Rytech, and future acquisitions. You will build unified reporting and serve as a key ops partner to leadership, driving data integrity and scalable processes.

You will lead CRM administration, commissions, and cross-functional reporting, shaping the revenue engine while evaluating AI-augmented analytics for accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Prior people management or vendor management experience with budget, contract, or hiring authority.
• Experience building or scaling a function from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• High attention to detail, especially with data accuracy and commission calculations.
• Ability to manage recurring, deadline driven work, such as commission cycles and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring sales, pipeline, and bookings reports for leadership.
• Support revenue forecasting by keeping data clean and pulling necessary data cuts.
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into activity and results.
• Measure and report on marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure data accuracy and proper reporting foundations.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up report building and analysis with prudent checks.
• Contribute reporting to executive and board materials.
