Job summary

RevOps Careers in Nashville seeks a Revenue Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cash office operations, HQ financial reporting, and vendor coordination, supervising cashiers and cash office staff.

You will lead cash-handling training, coach and document practices, and ensure HQ deadlines are met by the Admin team. The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of cash handling experience.
• Three to five years of administrative management and/or cash room experience.
• Experience with Office 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus.
• Developed leadership skills with team building and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cash office personnel, evaluate performance, coach and document cash handling practices.
• Ensure HQ reporting and daily cash office operations are overseen and completed by the Admin team.
• Develop cash-handling training programs and mentor employees as needed.
• Develop and analyze trend reports for the General Manager and managers.
