Job summary

Smartly is offering a Fall 2026 Revenue Operations Internship in the United States. You will support reporting, data quality, and processes to enable go-to-market teams to operate efficiently, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will analyze sales activity, maintain Salesforce data quality, and help with audits and documentation, while creating presentations that translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing data.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM and reporting tools—preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring reporting and dashboard updates for go-to-market teams.
• Help analyze sales activity, pipeline, and business-performance data.
• Maintain and improve data quality within Salesforce and other revenue tools.
• Assist with data audits, cleanup projects, and process documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from internal stakeholders.
• Help identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Create presentations and summaries that turn data into clear business insights.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
