What you’ll own
The Revenue Operations Integration Specialist is responsible for optimizing and integrating the organization’s revenue technology stack, with a focus on CRM administration, API integrations, custom workflow automation, and cross-system data integrity. This role serves as the super admin for core go-to-market and legal operations platforms—including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, 6Sense, Partner Success and legal management systems—driving operational excellence and supporting scalable revenue growth.
Serve as super admin for Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity, user management, and process optimization
Architect, implement, and maintain custom code and workflow automations across the revenue technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, 6Sense, and legal management systems
Lead API integrations between CRM and adjacent systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing manual intervention
Conduct regular system analysis to identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for scale and efficiency
Define, document, and drive the CRM roadmap, aligning system capabilities with evolving business requirements and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and legal teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements
Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of Gong, 6Sense, Gainsight,Staorcase.aiand legal management systems as part of the integrated tech stack
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for revenue leadership
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and legal requirements across all integrated systems
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new tools or integrations as needed
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM super admin, with deep expertise in both Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
At least 3 years of experience building custom workflows, automations, and integrations using code and APIs
Demonstrated experience as super admin for revenue tech platforms such as Gong, 6Sense, and legal management systems.
Strong knowledge of system analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization in a revenue operations context
Proven ability to define and drive a CRM roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Advanced skills in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and delivering scalable solutions
Approach problems with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
This position is ideal for a proactive, technically skilled professional who thrives on solving complex integration challenges and driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle.
Desired Experience (not required):
Certifications in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration
Experience with legal management systems and B2B SaaS revenue operations
Familiarity with additional RevOps tools and platforms
