DHI Group, Inc. is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to own Salesforce administration and the sales tech stack. You will collaborate on data analytics, reporting, and forecasting to align sales goals with customer success and revenue targets.

As part of Revenue Operations, you will build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams, including Marketing and IT. This role emphasizes automation and actionable insights for leadership.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or Salesforce administration.
• Strong expertise with CRM systems and sales insights engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight).
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for compensation analytics dashboards.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration including user support, field and workflow automation requirements.
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility in the sales tech ecosystem.
• Ensure data quality through duplicate management, data standardization, and cleanup initiatives.
• Create automated reporting for weekly/monthly sales reviews and board presentations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic sales initiatives and territory planning.
• Support sales team with technical troubleshooting and system optimization.
