Job summary

Subliminal Labs Inc. is hiring for a Private Equity Outreach Associate to own top-of-funnel relationships with operating partners at mid-market private equity firms.

You will build target lists, run outbound sequences, and book qualified introductions for the founding team, while coordinating pilots and onboarding processes. You will qualify inbound inquiries, maintain CRM hygiene, and support weekly revenue reporting for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience building target lists and running outbound sequences to generate qualified introductions.
• Ability to qualify inbound inquiries and prospect into labor-intensive operations teams.
• Familiarity with CRM hygiene and revenue reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel relationships with operating partners at mid-market private equity firms.
• Build target lists, run outbound sequences, and book qualified introductions for the founding team.
• Carry new-business numbers across healthcare and portfolio-company accounts; run discovery and coordinate pilots.
• Manage procurement and security review through to signature; oversee onboarding plans and rollout tracking.
• Calendar, travel, board and investor scheduling, expense reporting, and office logistics for the founding team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and weekly revenue pack for leadership meetings.
