Job summary

Lightspeed Systems is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive bookings, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven actions across sales, success, and marketing.

You will build reports in Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma, define KPIs, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy. This role requires 1-2 years in analytics, a Bachelor's, strong Excel, and effective communication. Onsite in Austin with hybrid options after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in an analyst role ideal, preferably sales operations at a SaaS company.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills; able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers at all levels.
• Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced evolving team.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal guidance.
• Love Excel and analytics; can identify trends to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with financial statements and revenue recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting, forecasts, and dashboards for GTM and executive leadership; reporting in Excel, Salesforce, Sigma.
• Define and operationalize key KPIs with Sales and Success leadership.
• Identify and implement system automation to increase sales productivity and data accessibility.
• Ensure consistent reporting and operations across a global organization.
• Own data accuracy for all sales data across the organization.
• Support development and calculation of payment of sales and success team compensation plans.
