Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization across our multifamily portfolio. You will own revenue models, renewals, market intelligence, and performance insights, collaborating with Asset Management, Regional Managers, and onsite teams.

You will drive pricing discussions, analyze market data, and improve occupancy, rent revenue, and NOI through data-driven decisions, leveraging AI and analytics where appropriate.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years in multifamily revenue management or related real estate functions.
• Experience owning pricing decisions across multiple properties.
• Hands-on with multifamily revenue management platforms such as YieldStar/AIRM and LRO.
• Strong knowledge of leasing economics, occupancy management, concessions, and renewal strategy.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Power BI; SQL a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own portfolio pricing and revenue management strategy for the properties.
• Set/adjust rental pricing by property, floor plan, unit type, and renovation level.
• Lead renewal pricing and offer strategy; monitor retention and revenue impact.
• Evaluate concessions and promotions; adjust based on performance and market conditions.
• Identify ancillary revenue opportunities (parking, laundry, tech fees).
• Partner with Asset Management on underwriting and revenue plans.
• Oversee market surveys, rent comps, and submarket dynamics.
• Lead weekly pricing/renewal meetings and reporting.
