DHL eCommerce in Florida, Weston, is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to develop pricing solutions for strategic accounts and support the Sr. Yield Manager. You will work with multiple departments to build pricing proposals and analytics that drive commercial success.

Responsibilities include automating reports, analyzing profitability, reviewing concessions, and identifying revenue opportunities. A 3-year background in logistics pricing or analytics is preferred, with SAP/PowerBI experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role or within the logistics industry.
• Six Sigma or First Choice training and/or SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.

SUMMARY:
The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for data analytics around customer profile and profitability management. This role is responsible for analyzing customer performance, evaluating pricing and concession decisions, uncovering growth opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations that drive commercial success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and automate reports, KPIs, and related dashboards utilizing data from multiple sources and departments.
• Analyze and maintain customer profitability reporting.
• Conduct customer profitability reviews and deep dives.
• Review, analyze, and complete customer concession requests, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, profitability objectives, and established approval guidelines
• Identify revenue leakages and propose solutions
• Recommend strategies to improve customers' yield and profitability
• Support additional commercial projects and initiatives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
• 3 years of working experience in a similar role or within the logistics industry.
• First Choice or Six Sigma trained and certified is a plus.
• Experience with SAP a plus.
• Skilled in problem identification and resolution using analytical and modeling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong problem identification and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter able to work well under pressure, perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate large data sets to key business messages.
• MS-Excel, MS Access and PowerBI.
• SQL knowledge a plus.

• Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting.
• Regular sitting at workstation for 50 75% of the work shift.
