Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage charge capture and CDM activities onsite in the Lehigh Valley area. You will ensure accurate pricing, code mapping, and billing workflows while coordinating with labs, revenue cycle, IT, and finance.

The role emphasizes audits, documentation, and staff training to maintain compliance with Medicare/ payer guidelines and to support timely reimbursement for laboratory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle operations, chargemaster maintenance, medical billing, or CPT/HCPCS coding.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Charge capture and CDM management to ensure accurate pricing and coding.
• Validate LIS test builds and charge mapping for compliance with billing rules.
• Monitor payer policy changes and implement CDM or workflow updates.
• Conduct audits of laboratory charges, coding accuracy, and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership, billing, revenue cycle, finance, and IT to support reimbursement.
• Support new test implementation by coordinating pricing, coding, and charge workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CDM processes and regulatory updates.
• Provide training to staff on coding, billing, and charge capture requirements.
