Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recurring billing records for clients.
• Verify contract pricing, billing schedules, and payment terms in systems.
• Audit billing records for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Review subscriptions and invoices to prevent issues.
• Coordinate contract pricing adjustments and renewals.
• Track payment activity, retries, and recovery efforts.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and track cost savings.
• Prepare recurring reports on revenue and operational performance.
• Collaborate with COO, Office Manager, and external finance partners.
