Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead the revenue integrity team and drive accurate charge capture, CDI alignment, and compliant billing across the hospital network. You will monitor performance, analyze trends, train staff, and partner with audits and finance to optimize revenue while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

This full-time role requires a bachelor's in health or business administration, 5+ years in revenue cycle or revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration/Management required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in revenue cycle or revenue integrity management in healthcare.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the revenue integrity team, including charge capture, charge reconciliation, and CDI staff.
• Oversee and optimize charge capture processes to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Monitor and reconcile charges to reduce revenue leakage with clinical and billing departments.
• Collaborate with CDI staff to ensure comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation.
• Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and recommend improvements for revenue capture and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Generate and review financial reports on revenue integrity performance for hospital leadership.
• Provide training to revenue integrity staff on best practices, regulatory changes, and compliance.
• Support audits with auditors and compliance teams and provide necessary documentation.
