• Provide leadership and supervision to the revenue integrity team, including charge capture, charge reconciliation, and CDI staff.
• Oversee and optimize charge capture processes for accurate documentation and billing.
• Monitor and reconcile charges to reduce revenue leakage with clinical and billing teams.
• Collaborate with CDI staff to ensure comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation.
• Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and propose improvements for revenue capture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and billing standards.
