Responsibilities

• Supervise Managed Care Contract Auditors and Appeals staff; coordinate workloads and training.
• Support managed care contract negotiations and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee daily operations of the managed care compliance system, including denials and underpayments.
• Coordinate research of employer health plan information for internal departments.
• Participate in organizational projects as assigned by senior leadership.
