Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience within revenue integrity or RCM.

• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee charge capture, coding, and billing accuracy across the organization.
• Lead revenue integrity program operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medi-Cal, HRSA, and other payer requirements.
• Monitor metrics to reduce revenue leakage and improve processes.
• Develop policies and controls to support accurate reimbursement.
