Job summary

Omni Family Health in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Revenue Integrity Coordinator to support accurate charge capture, coding, and billing across a growing network of health centers in California’s Central Valley.

Under supervision of the Revenue Integrity Supervisor, you will monitor charge capture, review charges, and collaborate with coding and RCM teams to reduce denials and ensure compliance with CMS and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Associate degree in Pharmacy, Health Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 340B Apexus Advance Certification (ACE) preferred.
• Two years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors charge capture to ensure services are documented and billed correctly.
• Reviews daily charges for completeness and accuracy and coordinates corrections.
• Identifies inconsistencies between documentation and billed services and recommends improvements.
• Collaborates with coding team to ensure CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 accuracy and alignment with documentation.
• Partners with Managed Care and RCM teams to reduce denials and monitor payer trends.
