Job summary

Dignity Health Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Revenue Integrity RN to support the Revenue Reporting and Systems Department. You will optimize revenue operations, identify opportunities to improve net revenue realization and cash flow, and educate departments on revenue operations.

You will develop reports and collaborate with analysts across hospital sites to control late charges and enhance charge capture.

Qualifications

• Cath Lab experience in acute care settings
• RN licensure in California (CA RN)
• CPR/BLS certification mandatory

Responsibilities

• Access and coordinate data from hospital systems to identify opportunities and report revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate with finance, decision support, and business office to develop reporting templates.
• Assist in maintenance of CDM and research coding, costs and pricing information.
• Model reimbursement terms to assess financial impact of chargemaster changes.
• Respond to data requests from departments and systems offices.
• Prepare and post daily charges for the Cath Lab with high accuracy and reconcile rejected charges.
