Kaiser Permanente seeks a Charge Master Analyst to maintain the CDM and pricing files in an Epic environment. This role partners with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Coding, and IT to support pricing updates, charge capture optimization, and revenue integrity initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience with Epic Resolute, Charge Router, and fee schedules, plus a solid understanding of reimbursement methods and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Lead with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• 2+ years of medical coding/billing experience (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of revenue-cycle experience as an alternative path.

• Translate complex charge-throughput guidelines into codes for accurate billing.
• Review and maintain CPT/HCPCS codes and related fee schedules.
• Provide guidance on coding/billing issues to departments and physicians.
