Job summary

Christus Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Auditor to review and audit charge capture at the department level, reconcile charges, and analyze denials. The role supports billing compliance and revenue integrity initiatives across hospital departments.

You will work with the Revenue Management and Revenue Integrity teams to drive audits, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit and report on departmental charge capture and perform charge reconciliation.
• Analyze patient accounts and remittances for denials to identify root causes and lead corrective actions.
• Resolve claims denials and unbilled claims, posting debits/credits to patient accounts.
• Assist in selecting patient encounters for review to verify billing compliance before/after billing.
• Produce analyses/reports to identify trends, compliant billing, and impact on net revenue.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Revenue Integrity teams to drive data collection and process improvements.
