Job summary

The role emphasizes coordinating charge capture initiatives, identifying root causes of revenue issues, and educating teams on corrective actions to improve clinical department revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPT/HCPCS coding or charging experience.
• 3–5 years coding experience required.
• 1–2 years experience with charge validation reviews.
• Epic HB/PB Revenue Integrity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and implement charge capture initiatives to improve revenue management.
• Discover root causes of revenue issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide education on changes impacting charge reconciliation in clinical departments.
• Work with assigned departments, ensuring queues are addressed with guidance.
