Jefferson Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst II-1 to improve charge accuracy and ensure compliant, high-quality revenue capture across clinical departments. You will partner with Revenue Cycle and clinical teams to apply payer guidelines and regulatory changes.

Be prepared to identify charge trends, review chargemaster changes, and lead trainings to optimize charge workflows. A relevant degree and 1–3 years of coding/auditing experience are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Healthcare Administration.
• 5 years hospital/healthcare experience preferred; 1–3 years in auditing or coding required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, billing, coding and documentation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Improve accuracy and integrity of patient charges and charging practices.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and clinical departments on payer regulations and billing guidelines.
• Identify charge edit trends and recommend workflow opportunities.
• Advise departments on proper charge codes and revenue capture per payer rules.
• Develop and train chargemaster processes to reduce claim edits and rejections.
• Prepare revenue cycle materials and lead service-line meetings.
