Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Analyst to support the financial performance of our pharmacy enterprise. You will analyze reimbursement, denials, underpayments, and accounts receivable trends across our specialty, infusion, retail, and provider-administered drug services, collaborating with operations and finance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Administration, or related field.
3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, pharmacy finance, or analytics experience.
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze reimbursement, denials, underpayments, and AR trends to identify optimization opportunities.
Perform analytics, dispute management, and financial performance reporting.
Analyze 340B and MFP rebates, prepare appeals to ensure accurate rebate capture.
Investigate payer denials and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
Support charge capture, revenue integrity, and revenue cycle process improvements.
Develop dashboards and reports tracking reimbursement performance and payer trends.
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, finance, contracting, and revenue cycle teams.
