Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst to help ensure accurate coding, compliant clinical documentation, and optimized revenue capture across the organization.

You will act as an expert in coding, denial prevention, root cause analysis, and efficient processes, collaborating with clinical teams and revenue cycle leadership to maintain integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, reimbursement, coding, billing, or revenue integrity.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital reimbursement and revenue cycle operations preferred.
• CPC, CCS, CRC, CHRI, CRCR or other related certification preferred.
