• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Revenue Integrity to strengthen charging and coding processes in revenue-generating departments.
• Analyze denial data to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead education on correct charge capture, coding, and billing processes to clinical staff.
• Communicate CDM maintenance activities and ensure alignment with clinical systems and flow sheets.
