Now Hiring: Revenue Integrity Analyst – Revenue Cycle Management

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: November 2, 2026

We are seeking experienced Revenue Integrity Analysts to support healthcare revenue cycle operations. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals with a strong background in revenue integrity, healthcare billing, reimbursement analysis, and financial compliance.

The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate charge capture, identify revenue leakage, strengthen billing processes, and support revenue optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review charge capture processes and identify potential revenue discrepancies.
• Analyze reimbursement trends, billing accuracy, and revenue cycle performance.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare billing and reimbursement requirements.
• Identify revenue leakage and recommend process improvements.
• Support auditing, coding reviews, denials management, and billing integrity initiatives as applicable.
• Collaborate with operational, financial, and revenue cycle teams.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improved workflows and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or revenue integrity.
• Background in healthcare billing, reimbursement analysis, charge capture, auditing, coding, or denials management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Epic or other revenue cycle applications preferred.
• Experience with charge master maintenance and billing compliance preferred.
