Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years in healthcare revenue cycle, strong analytical skills, and a CPCS-like certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in healthcare revenue cycle with coding or charge master experience.
• Experience with denied charges for professional or hospital services.
• Certification as Certified Coding Specialist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work queues for charge master, coding, and denial activity to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze denied charges and charge discrepancies to identify systemic issues.
• Run queries and create pivot tables to report trends to leaders.
• Collaborate across coding, denial management, and compliance to improve revenue integrity.
