Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Charge Integrity Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team at Baptist Metro Square. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity with remote work authorized in approved states.

The role focuses on coding Emergency Room charges, root-cause analysis of missing charges, and education across departments. You will work with CPT/HCPCS, Epic, and revenue cycle policies to protect reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High School - Required.
• Associates Degree - Prefered.
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS codes or charging.
• Coding experience required.
• 1-2 years third party billing and payment methodologies experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coordinating, and implementing charge capture initiatives and processes to improve revenue management.
• Discover the root cause of revenue issues and develop corrective action plans and provide education on those plans.
• Working closely with assigned departments and ensuring work queues are being addressed and offering support, guidance, and education as needed.
