• Audits charge capture tools and provides feedback.
• Oversees department charges and KPIs relative to budget and identifies root causes.
• Trains departments on charge capture tools, rules, and CPT/HCPCS updates.
• Monitors revenue integrity concerns and follows up as needed.
• Serves as a resource for revenue integrity issues.
• Communicates CDM maintenance activities.
• Reviews WQ volumes and audit outcomes to provide feedback.
• Tests and audits charge triggers to ensure systems work as intended.
