Job summary

Google is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive FP&A across Display and Apps, focusing on the P&L and data-driven decision making. You will lead projects transforming planning, tracking, and control processes, delivering insights to senior leadership and guiding allocation decisions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales Strategy to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while leveraging data and AI to reveal opportunities across revenue and cost areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• 2 years of FP&A, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with programming (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical engine underpinning the Display and Apps P&L, applying analytical techniques to understand how investment, launches, trends, and resourcing translate to business economics.
• Partner with executive leaders across the Display and Apps org, providing financial oversight, multi-year forecasting, and planning.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering, Controllership, Sales Strategy, and other teams to drive financial performance from Revenue to Operating Profit.
• Deliver high-impact insights to support Ads business and guide Product and Sales strategy with leadership presentations.
• Build scalable financial tools and dashboards to streamline revenue and cost analysis using data and AI.
