Job summary

Google LLC in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Revenue Insights Analyst for Ads Finance P&L to own development, reporting, and analysis of the Profit and Loss, and to support the unbiased financial narrative across revenue and cost pillars. You will be the analytical engine guiding executive decisions and resource allocation with scalable tools and AI-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical engine underpinning the Display and Apps P&L, applying analytical techniques to understand how machine investment, product/feature launches, market trends, and resourcing translate to business economics.
• Serve as a Finance partner to executive leaders across the Display and Apps organization, providing financial oversight, multi-year forecasting, resource allocation, and annual planning cycles.
• Partner closely with Product/Engineering, Controllership, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive financial performance from Revenue to Operating Profit.
• Drive high-impact insights and analysis to support the Ads business and guide Product and Sales strategy by presenting key insights, trends, and growth opportunities to leadership.
• Build and maintain scalable financial tools and infrastructure (e.g., datasets, dasnavs/dashboards, financial models) to streamline processes across revenue and cost pillars using technical expertise and AI.
