Job summary

Shinkei is seeking a Sales Analyst to support commercial decision-making across retail, food service, and distribution channels. You will turn raw sales data into actionable insights that improve revenue performance, margin, forecasting accuracy, and customer execution.

In this role, you will own sales reporting, monitor pricing, build BI dashboards, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive inventory- and revenue-focused decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales analytics, FP&A, supply chain analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting across all channels (retail, foodservice, wholesale).
• Track revenue performance vs. forecast, budget, and prior periods.
• Build dashboards that surface SKU, customer, and channel-level performance.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and trade spend effectiveness.
• Support demand forecasting in partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identify demand trends by SKU, seasonality, geography, and customer.
