Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own the consolidated revenue reporting and the operational driver layer beneath it. You will validate inputs, tie-out figures, and translate marketing spend into measurable ROI across the portfolio.

You will lead weekly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, partnering with Marketing, Finance, Data, and Accounting to automate and standardize processes using enterprise AI tools and advanced planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue analytics, marketing finance, or business operations, ideally in digital media, advertising, or subscription businesses.
• Proven experience with driver-based forecasting and defending revenue estimates.
• Strong grasp of marketing measurement: ROI, payback, attribution limitations, and channel/campaign economics.
• Experience with P&L across revenue, marketing spend, and accruals, with strong quantitative skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytical tools and enterprise planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake and validation of revenue submissions across the business.
• Deliver weekly consolidated reporting and forecasting with variance analysis.
• Utilize enterprise generative AI tools to accelerate variance analysis and draft narratives.
• Build and maintain revenue and marketing dashboards and cross-portfolio benchmarking.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and accruals for marketing and revenue.
• Maintain data layer behind revenue and marketing pipelines and develop standardization.
