Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own consolidated revenue reporting and the driver layer beneath it. You will validate inputs, ensure consistency, and translate marketing spend into measurable ROI across the portfolio.

You will automate and standardize consolidated reporting, build driver models, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Data and Accounting teams. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, revenue analytics, marketing finance, or business operations.
• Strong grasp of marketing measurement including ROI, payback and attribution limitations.
• Working knowledge of P&L across revenue, marketing spend and accruals.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytical tools to automate reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with data governance and visuals.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Anaplan or Hyperion and dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• AI-forward mindset and openness to emergent financial automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the intake and validation of revenue submissions across the portfolio; perform tie-outs and sanity checks.
• Deliver weekly consolidated reporting and forecasting with variance analysis and driver commentary.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to accelerate variance analysis and draft portfolio narratives.
• Build and maintain dashboards across revenue funnel, advertising and subscriptions, with cross-portfolio benchmarking.
• Own marketing reporting metrics: spend, campaigns, ROI, payback and new initiatives framework.
• Run end-to-end marketing budgeting and forecasting: submissions, reviews, allocations, accruals.
• Own data layer for revenue and marketing pipelines, ensuring mapping to P&L and dictionary definitions.
• Drive automation and standardization of consolidation and driver models.
