Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own consolidated revenue reporting and the driver layer beneath it. You will validate inputs across the portfolio, standardize processes, and partner with Marketing, Data, Accounting, and Finance teams to translate spend into measurable returns.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted analytics, and building scalable reporting frameworks within Yahoo's Consumer Finance organization, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, revenue analytics, marketing finance, or business operations experience.
• Proven experience with driver-based forecasting and building revenue estimates.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and validation of revenue submissions across the business.
• Deliver weekly consolidated reporting and revenue variance analysis.
• Utilize enterprise AI tools to accelerate variance analysis and draft narrative commentary.
• Build and maintain dashboards for revenue funnel, P&L, and cross-portfolio benchmarking.
• Own marketing performance reporting: spend, campaigns, ROI, and framework for new initiatives.
• Run marketing budgeting, forecasting, and accrual/expense phasing inputs to Accounting.
• Own the data layer behind revenue and marketing pipelines, mapping, validation, and dictionary.
• Drive automation of consolidation and driver models to replace manual processes.
