Job summary

Yahoo is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in Omaha, NE to own consolidated revenue reporting and the driver model. You will automate processes, validate inputs, and translate marketing spend into measurable returns, partnering with Marketing, Finance, Data and Accounting.

You will leverage AI-enabled analytics, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and drive standardization of consolidation workflows in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, revenue analytics, marketing finance, or business operations experience
• Proven experience with driver-based forecasting to build a revenue estimate
• Strong grasp of marketing measurement: ROI, payback, attribution, channel economics
• Experience with P&L across revenue, marketing spend, and accruals with strong quantitative skills
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with ability to create visuals that tell a story
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Hyperion and dashboarding in Tableau/Looker/Power BI
• AI-forward mindset and ability to adapt to AI-augmented operating environments
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own revenue submissions intake, validation, tie-outs and sanity checks
• Deliver weekly consolidated reporting and forecasting with variance analysis
• Use AI tools (Claude or Gemini) to accelerate variance analysis and draft commentary
• Build and maintain dashboards covering revenue funnel, ad and subscription revenue
• Own marketing performance reporting: spend, ROI, payback, and new initiatives framework
• Run end-to-end marketing budgeting and forecasting including accruals
• Manage data layer behind revenue and marketing pipelines and P&L mapping
• Drive automation and standardization of consolidation and driver models
