Job summary

Retail First, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) to drive sales and expand our client base in the retail displays and fixtures space.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with retailers, brands, and merchandising teams to grow revenue. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in retail displays, print, merchandising, or commercial fixtures is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new clients in the retail display, merchandising, and commercial fixture industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in retail, brands, and corporate merchandising teams.
• Present and pitch Retail First’s custom retail display solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and sales metrics.
