Job summary

Vector Solutions seeks a hands-on CRM Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the analytics foundation powering revenue growth. You will work with Salesforce and CRMA to support datasets, dashboards, and reporting used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to measure performance and drive decisions.

The role translates complex revenue workflows into scalable data products, partnering with Revenue Analytics, business partners, and stakeholders to enable planning, forecasting, and strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data or sales analytics, BI, rev ops, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMA/Einstein Analytics: datasets, dashboards, recipes/dataflows, bindings.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects and fields; comfortable with config changes under change control.
• Experience using SAQL, SQL or similar for data transformation and validation.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to turn data into clear insights and reconciling discrepancies.
• Understanding GTM/revenue ops: pipeline, forecasting, quotas, renewals, plan-vs-actual reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CRMA datasets, dataflows, dashboards, and KPI components.
• Support annual plans, quarterly targets, quotas, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Integrate plan, actual, forecast, and prior data into reliable analytics resources.
• Provide governance, data lineage, and data quality checks across Salesforce/CRMA/Finance.
