UTMB Health in Texas is hiring a Manager of Revenue Cycle Business Operations to lead vendor governance, reconciliation, and analytics across the revenue cycle. The role partners with Finance, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure accurate financial activity, reliable reporting, and compliant operations.

You will guide analysts, establish standards, and translate complex findings into actionable improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related healthcare functions.
• Operational experience using Epic or other enterprise revenue cycle platforms.

Mansioni

• Lead vendor management, account reconciliation, financial controls, analytics, and process improvement.
• Monitor vendor contracts, SLAs, invoices, and ROI with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reconciliation procedures, internal controls, and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate on Epic revenue cycle workflows, define requirements, and support testing and implementation.
• Develop data sources, reporting standards, dashboards, and ROI evaluations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff; communicate issues to stakeholders.
